Are silkies bantams in Canada?

I understand that regular silkies go by bantam in some countries, but i'm just wondering if standard silkies are bantams in Canada. Please tell me if you know the answer, or if I'm just confused and I don't know what I'm talking about. Thank you so much!

And they say silkies (so regular ones I suppose) are in the bantam category because of their size
