are the 2 bared rocks roosters , I should know But I need other opinions please thank you

the barred rock in the 1st & 2nd pics looks like a cockerel...stands tall and longer legs. the one in the 3rd & 4th pics looks like a pullet to me.

As far as I can tell right now, I don't see them being roosters. Your white one has sickle feathers and I don't see any on the other two. Don't hold me to it because I can't see the pics very well. But, I don't see any rooster feathers on them. By the way, I used to have a roo just like your white one. He is a beauty!

the delaware is a roo and so are both of the barred rocks, barred rock hens tend to have a greyish wash down the fornt of their legs and not so much white on their feathers

Flared neck feathers just means challenges, could lead to fights, but even hens do it when they are challenging another chicken. You have heard of "hen fights," haven't you?
