are the rest of the chicks going to hatch

i have had 1 chick hatch around 8 hours ago out of 10 eggs. no pips i can see since then. is this a bad sign
(they are siklie eggs)

What day are your eggs on? Are you using a broody or an incubator? Some chicks hatch earlier then others and some hatch late.
