Are the RIR's, and are they hens or roos?

I recently took all of the hens out of the trampoline coop, because the roosters are getting rooster-y. There were three of these RIRs, but one was very obviously a hen, with a small comb and wattle. These two were roosters, I thought. But now, the other roosters chase them around and pick on them, and they hang out together and always seem a little scared. Please tell me if they are indeed roosters, or have I made the tragic mistake of leaving two lambs with the wolves!? They are all just under 4 months old.

This is the two RIRs with two of the offending roosters. Notice the difference in comb size?

Please let me know what you think. If they're pullets, i want to get them out of there NOW. But if they're roosters, well, I don't want to have them attacking my other hens all the time...
And are they even RIR's, or are they something else?
We got all of them from Murray McMurray.....

Those are both roo's, they appear a little younger than the other roo's which would explain why they are buddying up with each other and not fighting back YET. Good luck with them.

Hmmm. I never even noticed the beak until you pointed that out. If we plan to eat him within 2 months, is it still important to trim the beak?

It may help him eat better and get bigger and tastier before doomsday.

You can clip a little off of the bottom half using fingernail clippers or some scissors. Just cut it a little shorter than the top and avoid his tongue.

Gosh, I just don't know if brave enough for that. I guess if I spend long enough looking at him I'll eventually get in there and give it a try. I thought I was Captain Courageous for putting Neosporin on a chicken's eye! I have a thing about feathers and flapping. Weird that I can love chickens and be freaked out by them at the same time!
