Rooster debacle. Silkies.

Hello!
over the winter, I got three silkies and I was told that the large one was a rooster and the small two were hens. One of the smaller ones is a couple of months younger than the other two. It’s looking like the smallest one is maybe getting a rooster comb and yet the one I was told is a rooster doesn’t seem to have a comb or look very much like a rooster to me. Is this correct? These are 2 hens/pullets and one rooster? 2 roosters? Or is the initial large silkie not a rooster? Lost. No one is crowing and I’m only allowed 1 rooster here. The last 2 pics are of the one I was told is a rooster.

To me, the youngest one (the one in the first two photos with the slicked back hair) definitely looks like a roo. The one in the two last photos looks like a pullet from this angle. Does it have any streamers coming out of the back of the head?

The one in the first two photos is a male. The other one may be a male as well, but photos of that bird from the side would really help.
