Hi all!
I got this silkie in the beginning of September from a local mennonite who assured me it was a hen. I was told that it was hatched late spring/early summer. I noticed it tonight that it was mounting another hen. When I looked at it up close I think it may have characteristics of roo (large wattles, large comb but walnut shaped, and spur buds). I never heard it crow and my other two roosters haven't really picked on it. I have searched on Google and found no help other than silkies are notoriously hard to sex and mixed things on videos. The picture of it in the nest box was almost 2 months ago only being here 2 days when I brought it home at that point.
