Are ther fertilized ,, help help

Can cracking an egg and seeing what is inside will help to know if it is fertilized or not ? If yes how can I do this ??
I have heared that there will be some blood spots, is that right ? If yes tell me how..

It's not a dot. Most eggs have a dot.

You will see a distinct bull's eye. Like that dot, but with a whole in the middle.
 
Blood or meat spots have nothing to do with wether an egg is fertile or not. It is a glitch in the reproductive system, usually seen in younger birds that are just starting to lay and ones that are coming back into lay. It is fine to eat them, or you can scoop them out with a spoon if it grosses you out. I just scramble mine right up. Fertile eggs will have a bulls eye appearance in the small white spot in the egg. You will see rings inside the white dot.
