I was wondering (As I am new to poultry) are there any good chicken/duck vets near Denver, CO? I have new chicks and ducks in the incubator and need a good vet. Thank you!

The honest truth is there really aren't any. There's no money in treating chickens as spending 100's of dollars on a $20 chicken is not feasible for most people. Most people do what they can. Learn and ask questions on sites like this one. Have a small assortment of vet supplies on hand. There is almost nothing that you can't deal with if you have some direction. They don't need shots, deworming is simple, we don't have external parasites (one good thing about snow), vent gleet, egg bound or bumblefoot can be walked through on here. One thing you will learn is chickens die just because they can. Nothing you did wrong and nothing you could of done to change the outcome. Most of your chicken losses will result from predators not illness. Good management and predator control will go a long way to keep them healthy and around for years.
The only clinic I know off hand that will treat chickens is Nelson Rd in Longmont. I have used them for horses but never chickens. Most avian vets won't even talk chicken. If it's something off the chart unusual or need a necropsy, you can always drive up to CSU.
