Are there any good recipes featuring silkie chickens?

We had a few extra roos that we processed and I have never cooked silkies before. I hear they are a little stronger flavored than the usual meat chickens and I want to use a recipe that highlights their unique qualities. Ideas?

I knew someone who had black silkies. When she felt ill, she'd boil one up and breathe the steam.
So there's always that.
