), just that guy/dude/cousin/hubby/acquaintance/friend/friend's friend/friend's butcher's mailman's cousin's friend, that knows about them computers and does some o' that interwebs work an knows all that fancy-shmancy Linux stuff and so of course would be happy to fix yer utterly destroyed by virii/malware/trojans Winders machine an I hear he works on lawnmowers too mebbe...

lets not forget that IT ppl can also fix TVs, VCRs, DVD Players, copier/fax/scanners, essentially anything that may (or may not for that matter) have a circuit borad in it. OH! let's not forget that their wife/husband/partner knows EVERTHING that the IT person knows (cuz ya know, we learn it through osmosis as we sleep nxt to the Techy at night....
