Hubby's not on board with the whole chicken killing for meat thing, he has issues with blood. So I'm either going to have to do this alone, which is possible one at a time, or find somewhere in Central TX that does it for a reasonable fee. Central Texas as in center of the state! Waco, Austin, San Antonio are at least an hour and a half drive for me and they consider themselves 'central'. I'm in Mason, local to Fredericksburg, Brady, Llano, Junction... all of which are at least 30 miles away.
Right now there's no rush, only have 1 roo that needs to go but in another few months I'm sure I'll have more from my current hatch attempt.
