Are there diseases turkeys can pass onto people?

With having turkeys drop dead for the past ten days, I'm concerned about any diseases they give people. I'm nine months pregnant and worried spending so much time around sick birds was a really stupid thing to do.

you need to talk to you ob/gyn for peace of mind... not a bunch of chicken people.

Yes, I plan on that. However, most ob/gyn's aren't that familiar with poultry diseases contagious to people.
