I live in the city and because of that can only have four chickens on the property. I am considering my other options, and I know several people that have land. So I am thinking (just thinking) if it would work to have chickens on a separate property.
If I did do that I probably would only be able to check on them once a week, I know their are different ways to fix up feed and water so that would work but im just concerned about the eggs.
Would they last or be edible if left out that long if it gets really hot or cold? Would there be anyways or tips on how to set up a coop that would store the eggs safely and keep them from spoiling? (for example: how the roll-away nest boxes keep the eggs out of the chickens reach)
I'm just kinda thinking out-loud here. Thanks for the tips
