Are these 2 roosters ?

They are 6 weeks old, they were sold as Buff Orpington pulleys. Purchased at Farm & Home supply.

Both cockerels, and not Buff Orpingtons either, I'm afraid.
(Not sure what they are, breeds aren't my thing)

If they are bulkier than your other chicks at the same age, they could be Cornishx meat birds.
Find out what hatchery supplies your feed store, and look at that site to see who resembles your chicks. Feed store staff may not have any idea what breeds look like, and often the chicks in the bins are mixed up too.
It's best to know what chicks of the breeds you buy actually look like before taking them home.

Maybe white Plymouth Rocks?

They might be White Plymouth Rocks or Leghorns. Those are both pretty common. Side view would help and they are both cockerels.

The picture makes them look bulkier than Leghorns would be.
