Are these 2 Silkies certainly boys?

This is my first time playing "whats my chicken's gender".

Out of 8 eBay eggs, only 2 hatched, a splash and a white. I've suspected for a while that both of them are cockerels. Today they are 14 weeks old.

A girl!!!??? Here is a closeup side view of the white one. I thought I saw streamers.
