Are these 2 Wheaten marans cockerels?

Hi could anyone help me sex my 2 Wheaten marans I think they are both male as their feathers are dark, but one has a larger and darker comb and wattles . they are about 7-8weeks old

Do you have other roosters and/or hens? If they are the only boys and you have a good amount of hens you could probably keep them.

Nice cockerels, sorry. I like my Marans pullets and hens, hope you have some in addition to the cockerels.

It seems like most on my hatch are cocks. I am keeping a Sebright cockerel and don't really think it would be fair on him to compete with the Wheaten. 4/5 silkies look like they could be cocks too and I have a couple of Copper blue marans which I don't have a clue what they are yet! and I've given away 2 speckled sussex. We had a really good hatch rate but not many hens, so not the best of luck really

That 50-50 split only counts over hundreds, sadly. I'm looking at too many cockerels this year also, and buyers want pullets! Never mind...
