Yes egg color.

It seems to be darker than most of the red plumage breeds listed. I wonder if it'll lighten up as it gets older . . I'm very intrigued

My first 4 are mixes and I love them to bits, but I knew I was getting mixes. Maybe you could message the seller and see if they know?

I got my first batch of hatching eggs on Amazon and getting info on possible breeds was like pulling teeth. Good luck.

It was a cheap way to get my feet wet and see if I actually liked keeping chickens. I'm hooked and need to move so I have more space for more chickens, lol

That's hilarious. I'm also hooked and look every day at land so we can move make a huge coop and get wayyyy more chickens haha

I'm thinking of getting some bantams since they require less space. I'm on the fence since they're purely ornamental/pets but they're so friggin cute it makes my eyes water

They're SO adorable. I looked in to those too but as much as I just LOVE my chickens, they are primarily for eggs for my family. I have to remind myself of that lol
