Are these beauties roosters or hens, they're 7 weeks old

Are these beauties hens? They're 7 weeks old. One is an Easter egger(black) the other a welsummer (tan).

I think the EE is a Cockerel and the Welsummer is a female!

Darn, I was hoping for 2 girls, I am not allowed roosters where I live. How long do I need to wait to be sure, they are 7 weeks old now?
