Are these blood specks?

Every once in a while i get a "speckled" egg,they completely scrub off.

Are they blood specks?The egg is wet in the pic.This is from new layers.

I would guess those are normal spots you see on an egg, not blood.

Pigment speckles..... blood usually appears as a smear.
