Are these both Black Copper marans?

Our Black Copper marans recently died age 4, we bought another black copper marans from another breeder, she has feathered legs but the feather colours are quite different. Are they both BCM?

She could be a Blue copper marans.

Not sure about the first (possibly hatchery quality blue copper Maran).. but the second one looks more like a black sex link.. sometimes called dominant copper.

There is a black copper and a blue copper, though I question if they are pure marans due to the amount of copper on the breast.
