are these both RIR

I bought 5 chicks a week ago and two of them have alot more feathers developed than the other 2. One had more feathers but all dark red, I think its going to be a roo.

Im looking at the one in front compared to the one in back.

Is this normal for them to be differnet or am I missing something?

One is most likely a little older than the other. JMO.

They look like my rir at that age. Hens get feathers quicker than roosters, but rooster usally get combs before hens.

I had a blonde moment LOL! I dont know why I said one looked older when you asked if they were RIR LOL! Yes they both are RIRs.
