Are these both roosters?

I need help! I thought both of these frizzle cochins were roosters but now I'm not so sure. They were purchased as chicks at the same time, so I assume they are the same age (they are about 8-10 weeks old). I thought I heard both of them making noise the other morning (not quite a full crow) but haven't heard anything since. The one's comb is much bigger and much redder than the other. I have another rooster so I want to make sure if I find new homes for these, that they both are actually roosters (obviously I want to keep hens!) Please help!

I think both look like roosters..its way to early for a pullet to have that large and red of a comb for a cochin

At that age, I would say both are roosters.
