I have 4 buff silkies in this video. Could you please tell me if the first three are all roos. Also if anyone would want to comment on which one I should keep for future breeding, it would be appreciated. They are 3 to 4 months old.

Thanks so much. I added still pictures farther down.

From what I can tell they are roos, and yes the 4th is a female. At this age the males comb will start to look big, bumpy and dented, while a females will be small , round, and smooth. Can you get pics and post them?

The last 2 birds, 16 & 17 have odd looking wings, like maybe their split wings or something like that. Plus, all of those roosters have way to much black in their cushion/tail to use. I personally would use any of the roosters, but try to find a different roo. If you HAD to pick one, I would pick 15. Paired with a nice clear hen he might produce some nice chicks. All are boys, except the very last bird, which is a pullet. I just dont like that she has lots of white in her undercolor.

15 & 16 look like roos with too much black in there tails. 17 and the last one look like hens to me. The last hen looks to be pretty nice also.

Here are some pictures as requested.

They look all males but I am not seeing the "elvis feathering" on their heads that should be there. So Pic # 5-Paper # 15
If you could pm me with close ups of each of their faces showing the mulberry comb that will let me know for sure. Females will have a round/ smooth bump...while males will always have a large mass- that will get biggwer as they age - full of bumps and crevases.
