Are these Cockerals or pullets?

Mumbles is a lavender Araucana. I don't think it's a Cockeral. What do you think?
Cemani is the white one with the black beak. Pullet?
The red fluffy headed one (Araucana), not sure of sex.

Hello: How old are they? They look pretty mature. I would say all female. I don't see any hackle or sickle feathers on any of them. Mumbles and Cemani have small pale (as opposed to the brighter red a cockerel would have) combs and very small wattles.

I would say all pullets as well, though a better picture of the back half of Cemani would help to be sure.

The images don’t show much but here are three methods you can use.
1. growth males grow to be larger, females are always smaller.
2. Males develop feathers at a significantly longer period most males take 2 to 3 months to fully develop feathers females usually have a fully develop set of feathers covering all the way within 1 to 1.5 months.
3. males have larger more obvious combs. The rules apply perfectly on pure bred breeds but not with a mixed flock since some breeds are larger and barely have combs.

There is also coloring to consider. Even coloring generally means female. Uneven, splotchy coloring and/or darker patches at the shoulders generally means male.

Also, not all females are smaller then the males. This depends on breeds, & mixes.
