Mille fleur is a color, and lots of breeds come in mille fleur, large and bantam.
D'uccle is a breed of bantam. D'uccles come in lots of colors, too, but mille fleur is their most commonly known color, so common that some people think "mille fleur" IS "d'uccle."
And if those d'uccles in your post are yours, chickenlover54, you've got some nice ones!
No offense, but those in the original posting are not great examples. Way too much white. If you want to see some really great examples, start attending APA poultry shows and speak to the judges and breeders. You can also get a copy of the standards book for a good description. They may be hatchery birds that are just poor blue millies, but again, I still think they are crosses between varieties.
