Are these definitely both pullets?

Both are hens. The right one is just closer to laying. Most likely they are hatchery grade and have other stuff mixed in to produce a better egg layer, hence the yellow legs.

I've been looking on Google images and some of those come up with a lot of white on their head and with that white ear lobes... But they don't have yellow legs!
I emailed the farm and they said 15 weeks, and definitely both pullets, so I may have a slight mix but I guess I'll never know which is a shame. But they are pretty anyway.

I don't think so, they look only slightly smaller than my 18 week old red sex link... Obviously haven't put them up real close but they aren't massively smaller or anything...

Although the one with more of a comb and wattles is slightly smaller than the one without, which is why I was concerned as I wondered if it was a younger 'he' but my other roo is double the size of the hen and there was a sizeable difference quite early on so I'm hoping it's as someone said above about one of these just being closer to laying. Although can't be really at 15 weeks. Another few minimum surely... but if it's a mix I guess it's possible to start early?!

The one on the right looks like my Ancona, are they black and white.

I've just looked up pictures and I think you are right, it's tail feathers are exactly like that and its a more dark grey looking base colour than the other one. Will try and get pictures in the light tomorrow.
