Are these definitely both pullets?

Agree they both look female, but neither one is a Sussex. Wrong body shape, leg color, earlobe color and does the bird on the left have a pea comb or just a tiny straight comb?

I think just a small straight comb, I will take a better picture of the comb too.
The one with the White earlobes comb flops over so I am thinking there are a lot of Ancona similarities now I'm looking although not black. I wonder if it's Ancona in the mix.
What body shape should a Sussex have?

So a pic attached of their legs, which are different. On the right it also shows the feather colour isn't as grey as I thought... More a dull brown.
Both seem to have a black neck which isn't like the sussex pics I've seen.
Really annoyed I didn't insist on taking more time but I also would have been too unsure to insinuate she was lying.
I did question it and she assured me they were sussex. They will say anything won't they :/

I can't get closer, they are staying far away from me at the moment. And it's raining so they have the roof and then tarp all around the back to keep them dry but they won't come forward to me yet. I could take the tarp off for more light if you guys can't see from these.

Hi, sorry just a quick question on where you stand generally with being sold a certain bird for them to not be that breed?
I think enough of you were sure these aren't Sussex to confirm that much, I just wonder is there even any point in me contacting the farm I bought them from?

Oh and lastly, some other pictures I've been looking at are Dorkings, is there a Speckled Dorking possible creation? Would love to know what they are as I don't want to end up with aggressive birds or something depending on their mix. TIA.

The tattered wings were a surprise to me, I didn't know people lift them by their wings, Like Lyndon Johnson used to lift his beagles by their ears and said they loved it. I truly doubt they said anything. Surprised he didn't damage their ear drums.
