Are these ducklings healthy?

Trust me, you will with campbells! I had some khakis in my old flock and they were my biggest layers. They never seemed to lay in the coop for some reason though haha!

What age do they stop laying do you know? Thanks for the reply

Also we have no heat lamp but are using to glass jars full of boiling water inside thick socks, a hot water bottle and 2 very unwarm desk lights will they be warm enough?
