When I purchased the eggs I thought I would just sell them but now I am not sure they are such a gorgeous color and so calm - one of the little ones flew up to my lap and sat on my finger for quite a bit. I love to sit and watch them play it's so sweet.
I just moved them to the coop today they were in my garage for about 2 week's. I hatched 10 polish frizzle chicks with them so it was time to give them more space

Yep, lavender ameraucana. And the one on the foreground is a cockeral. Looks like my lavender roo only mine is a year old now.

Very nice birds!!! This is yet another example of that terrible 'chicken math' syndrome.
Raise chicks next year and have more.
