Are these eggs still viable? Do I let her still sit on them?

Hi all. First time hatching eggs. Have a broody chicken that decided to sit. We are about day 10-13 in, eggs were candling well. The issue, today when I went to check on the hen, she was off her eggs sitting on todays lay in a different box, because one of the eggs was broken in her box. The eggs are cool to the touch (temperature today was in the 70s). If I clean them up and put them back under her, will they make it or do I need to toss them?

I'd put them back under her and arrange things so that other hens can not access her nest. They may very well hatch.
