Are these eye sockets an indication of a sickness?

I just acquired this hen from a local backyard flock. She is about 6months and we are wondering if she is maybe sick. Have you ever seen eye sockets like this on a hen?

The prominent conjunctiva in the corners can sometimes be a sign of MG. It gives the eye a sunken appearance. I haven’t seen the brown spots in the eyes before. Does she seem to see okay? I wonder if she has been pecked or gotten debris in her eye. Does the other eye look similar?

The other eye looks the same. She was around several roosters.
