Right when I was about to order some eggs, found these locally on craigslist. These are examples of the parents. I want to breed for pearls
 
Those birds are BEAUTIFUL, I would NEVER go back to pearls if I had the option of breed beautiful birds like that. Good luck hatching and I’m sure someone can tell you, just not me, I only have pearls, Italians and Pharoh colors.

He says they are silver collection offspring, and yes but my main birds I want them to be feather sexable. Though I would keep them separated for that blue egg color I need to read more about silver and eg color genetics

My first egg from my chicks, is this an abnormal egg? The person I got them from lates regular looking eggs

When they start laying, the first eggs can be "Unfinished" ... I have often eggs without shell as first eggs.

So don't worry.

To help them to build the eggs correctly, you can add extra calcium to the water.
