Are these gals molting or something else?

I have a flock of 10 chickens all will be a year old in June. 6 are ISA brown, 2 are buff orpington, and 2 are lavender orpington. Over the past few weeks all but the lavender orpington hen have been losing their feathers, could they be already molting or could they have mites or something? I get 6-8 eggs a day normally and they haven't yet stopped laying as if they were in molt. Everyone is in varying stages of losing their feathers with the rooster having the most missing.

I'd go ahead and dust for mites with an approved poultry duster. They COULD be molting but the dusting won't hurt. I wouldn't think overmating because the rooster has the probelm too.
