Are these hens?

Thinking about getting these 2 banty chickens but I definitely don't need any more roosters!
I think these 2 look like pellets, seller thinks they are roos....

Pointy hackle feathers are male, every time. How old are these birds? The millie fleur is a male, and probably the other bird is also. Can't see it clearly enough.

I'm not sure how old, she said they haven't started crowing.
I knew about the hackle feathers, saddle feathers.....just don't have a good eye yet.

The seller is correct both are cockerels!

Some rooster have not peeped a crow until over a year and a half old.. Saddle feathers don't lie though in non hen feathered breeds, usually not starting before 10 weeks, more often closer to 12 and usually well in by 16. Those comb and wattles are telling a story.. just look at the difference in the pullet next to the d'uccle.
