I’m thinking the other 3 might be shrink wrapped. Unfortunately

Did you try getting them out just a bit at a time, and misting them? If still alive? Sometimes they can be weak, but will come back the next few days. I bet a lot of us are praying for your hatch.

Oh good, so glad they all hatched. I just had a scare, thought my favorite chick that mom left behind was a slip tendon cull. My kids and were already attached when I noticed. Next day I could hardly tell it apart from her buddies. They are with mom now. My oldest daughter had prayed a lot it turns out.
