Lav. (Self Blue) has to be introduced..
You could take a Lav. Hen and breed her to your Splash Rooster the offspring will be Blue (Split for Lav.)
Breed back a Blue (Split for Lav.) Rooster back to the Lav. Hen then you should get-
Blue (Split for Lav.)
Lavender
Black (Split for Lav.)
