These Leghorns, hatch date April 15. Have bigger combs than the obvious pullets, but smaller than the obvious cockerels ir young roosters. Can you advise what gender they are? (In one pic they are with a cockerel.)

Can you please advise whether these Leghorns are male or female? Their hatch date is Apr 15. Their combs are considerably bigger than the obvious pullets in their group, but considerably smaller and lighter than the obvious cockerels. One pic includes a cockerel.

Thank you!

Thank you! I had really thought so; main reason for wondering was, they are real bullies. They often attack cockerels their own size and win, and are real troublemakers with the pullets. This is not for lack of space or food.

From Sandhill. I am looking for performance and health from these; I am not an expert but I think Sandhill does not claim to maintain all Standard of Perfection attributes in all lines. For those concerned -- e.g. I would be if it were Bresse with wrong leg color -- you have made an important point. Thank you. I did not know that.
