Yes.
You need to get some permethrin based poultry spray and spray them down to the skin under both wings, under the hackle feathers around the neck, under the vent in the fluff, on the back and on their bellies. Repeat in 7 days.
Examine the base of the feather shafts for egg clusters. If there are none, the infestation isn't too bad. If there are, be vigilant in treating them multiple times to kill the hatchlings before they start laying eggs themselves.

Make sure to wear a mask while trating them. Also your coop needs to be clean thoroughly, change bedding, nesting pads, clean roosts, etc.
