They look a little big to be mallards. I'm no expert but they look like rouens to me.

They look like rouens to me, too, especially the head.

the problem is they arent as big as rouens and when the where babys they had one black line not two like rouens.

They might be hybrids, mallard and rouen. If they are, then they *might* be able to fly (or perhaps not).

I agree that it looks more Rouen or hybrid. Here's a picture of my 14 week old Mallard female.

i saw the parent's of them and none of them were rouens they all were mallards.

They are mallard just not pure

You have Rouens or rouen mixes. Rouens have two head stripes Mallards have one.
