Are these Manchurian quail?

So, I hatched some quail eggs to the store and three actually managed to hatch! And to my surprise 2 of them hatched mainly white with gray/black stripes! I thought they'd end up looking like the Pearl color, but they actually got quite a lot of gold. There's also one that I'm 100% sure is a male with how dark red his head is. Any ideas? There was also one wild type hen!
