Are these okay to plant inside birds enclosure?

Just make sure the birds can't get to it through the fence. Once it gets tall enough to start growing across the top it's better established.

I have grown Cardinal Vine that took off across the netting about 12 foot. It was really pretty but I had to work to get it off the top net before snowfall or the snow would have torn my netting down. We also grow veggies and fruit for the birds to eat.

What about the morning glories?
I have so many of those but I have never planted near the enclosures
