Are these on pullets?

Just want to make sure these are all pullets and didn’t know if it’s too early to tell?

They look like pullets to me. None of them are significantly lighter than the other...
That's what I was thinking too.

How are the tail feathers looking? At one month old, my roo had NO tail growing in, compared to my pullets, who had the beginnings of normal little hen butts. It became very clear that he was growing a rooster tail. He also baby crowed at 4.5 weeks (it sounded like a tiny murder, happening in our bathroom "brooder" at 1:30 am).
 
I would give them at least 2 more weeks. They're really easy to sex at 2-3 days or after they fully feather. The two middle ones have larger combs, but the one closest looks lighter. I'm pretty sure the farthest is a pullet, are the legs still darker on that one? I'm guessing 3 cockerels and 1 pullet.
