looking to put some different plants in my peacock pen and i found white bird and majestic palm are these ok to have for peacocks

On Dave's Garden it says parts of the White Bird are dangerous if ingested but from my experience peafowl know what plants they shouldn't eat and should, so that could mean they just won't eat it and therefore it won't get all eaten up. I hope it can winter your area.

I wouldn't be concerned about the palm but once again this particular palm can be only grown in zones 10 and 11. If you are planning on planting these plants in the ground you might end up with dead plants unless you are potting them.
