Are these plugs?

Sorry for the not so great picture quality it was the best I could get. I have two does who are first fresheners. Neither have an under yet but I’ve been feeling them out and getting them used to being milked. I was looking and both have this black sort of scab-like thing on the tip of both teats. Are these just plugs that I’ll need to remove after kidding? The doe pictured also has some slight discoloration to the test I took a picture of and was wondering if it still looks normal?

Once bred the nipples mature and everything will be fine.
