Are these porcelain d'Uccle chicks?

I picked up these 4 chicks at TSC today and I'm thinking that maybe they are porcelain d'Uccle chicks?

They look like the white plymouth rock chicks I got from TSC 7 week ago.

I completely forgot to add in my post that they're from the bantam bin and have feathered legs.
