Are these pullets or not????

Hi i have 4 chickens, here are pictures of 2. We previously thought they were pullets but im still suspicious......

this is Emma, one of our Astralorps...

and this is one of our RIR, Barbie

sorry the pictures arent that clear, this was taken in our garage....so .....waddya guys think? they are about 11-12 weeks old now...
