Are these roos

sickle feathers are those long feathers that roos get, kind of at the front of their tail

Not exactly. Male chickens get pointed sex feathers in their hackles (neck feathers) and their saddle, which is the group of feathers right before their tail. Sickle feathers refer to the curved feather in a rooster's tail.

On that Bantam Salmon Faverolle rooster, the straw colored feathers (white-ish) are his hackles and saddle. You really can't see the curved feathers in his tail unless you look hard. Other breeds show them better like a male Leghorn.

The white leghorn rooster 11 pictures down has a nice shot of his saddle and sickle feathers.

Chickndaddy, that's what i meant. i should have said the curved feathers.

iron imagery, if you go to the learning center, under chicken anatomy, they have diagrams of a hen and a rooster and labels for all of their parts...the fluff is my favorite!

The top two are definitely 2 cockerels - combs & wattles are way too large for an 8 week old pullet.

Here's my pullet at 7-8 weeks

and again at 19 weeks

oh- and in the very first pic of your whole flock, i think i spot another roo!

hope that's not bad news. what do you guys think? do ya see it?

I think the bird closest to the camera is an older hen. I don't see more than the two roosters with the started birds on the roosts. Am I missing something?
