Are these roosters?

Just wanted a second opinion- are the two birds in the front roosters? They are about 12 weeks old.

The silver one is a definite cockerel, but we need better pics of the red one.

They both look male from those pics, but better pics of the red one would be great.

What breeds were they purchased as?

Red sex link cockerels will be nearly all white but have red wing shoulder patches.

I see male feathering on the sex link. So I would assume it's not a sex-link.
