Aw thanksGorgeous girls!
Cinnamon queens are a road island white mixed with a road island red, the white is the dominant breed giving them white under feathers and brown/red/orange over feathers… cinnamon queens were one of my first mixed chickens so I know a bit about them*i think* cinnamon Queens are mixes between a RIR (single comb) and a wyandotte (rose comb).
Different hatcheries can have different recipes for their Cinnamon Queens, they might not all look alike, which is the topic of the thread, which is from July. :]Cinnamon queens are a road island white mixed with a road island red, the white is the dominant breed giving them white under feathers and brown/red/orange over feathers… cinnamon queens were one of my first mixed chickens so I know a bit about them

Rose combs and allI really am no good at chicken breeds and these ladies are my first, so I wouldn’t know a whole lot about CQs. Although I have read that there are 2 different mixes to make a CQ, each one from a different hatchery.
