Are these show quality and worth $25 for 3
 
I am new to this, but my opinion is no. The roo looks to have a long back and he could have a deeper chest. JMHO

Can't tell about the hen. Not a good pic of her.
 
Need more pictures- especially need to see the pullet sideways

I like the way the cockerel holds himself. If he's young he'll fill out quite a bit more.

They look pretty good. They are still pretty young. My roosters looked so ugly at frst but then they filled out and impressed me lol. I would pay $25 for them.

I wouldn't even venture a guess til they're a year old - 18 months if you can help it. Watching my seramas develop over the last year has shown me that they're definitely "late bloomers".
 
I'd say wait and see seramas are definatly late bloomers. The recommended age for showing clean legged varieties is like 6 months. I wait for cochins until about 8 months. My serama hen was 1yo before I took her to show
